Ziel der Reise / Objectives of Cruise:
The cruise MSM132 was the first in a series of three cruises within the collaborative project MULTI-MAREX under the DAM mission MAREEXTREME. The aim was to set the baseline and test technology for the establishment of an early warning system for the central Aegean Sea. During the cruise 2D and 3D seismic data were collected as well hydroacoustic data, video imagery and seafloor observations (seismicity, temperature, pressure).
