Ziel der Reise / Objectives of Cruise:
Test of a Dualsampler that consist of two separated cod ends fitted on a drop down beam frame with a hydroacoustic releaser and electronical device for the controlling of the beam state. Trials to the escape behaviour of through the cod end meshes flying fishes. First results with the BACOMA 120/105 cod end shows that 68 % of the cod are escaped during the towing of the trawl whereas 64 % of cod escaped out of the T90 cod end during the towing process. Furthermore was it a aim of this cruise to collect datas for the calculating of the selection parameters of the BACOMA 120/105 cod end in the comparison to the T90 120 codend.
