Ziel der Reise / Objectives of Cruise:
The objectives of the cruise P404 from Ponta Delgada to Funchal in April/May 2009 (02.09-15.09.2010) on board R/V Poseidon were: 1) to investigate the water column properties along a meridional transect (22?W from 31?N to 36.5?N) in order to localize the position of the Azores Front and to understand the changes in biogeochemical properties. 2) to perfome trials of the DNS system in deep sea (>5000m) PROJECT
