Ziel der Reise / Objectives of Cruise:

A joint physical - geochemical oceanography cruise to investigate the hydrography, current, methane, nutrient and oxygen concentrations in the whole water column in the Storfjorden basin and West-Spitsbergen region.\n\nMain tasks:\n-Service a bottom-mounted RDI ADCP (Storfjord)\n-Deploy a bottom-mounted RDI ADCP (West-Spitsbergen)\n-Hydrographic and vessel-mounted RDI ADCP. Measurements in Storfjord, Western Barents Sea and West-Spitsbergen.\n-Measurements of methane nutrients, oxygen and 222 radon\n-Work the standard section S?rkapp-West
