The objectives were to investigate glaciotectonic structures N of Heligoland (so called 'ice thrusts') the Holocene/Pleistocene Boundary the pleistocene subglacial valley/channel sytems in front of the East Frisian Islands by closely spaced seismic grids for 2 planned offshore wind energy power plants a major glacial channel Leg 2: Geological, geochemical and microbiological sampl. at several distinct small areas in the German EEZ were carried out.
