Ziel der Reise / Objectives of Cruise:
In the frame of a training course with students, realized from scientists of the Baltic Sea Institute of Warnemunde from 10. 02. to 13. 02. 2004, daily cruises in the coastal area in front of Warnemunde (Monitoring stations 41, 42, 43, 44) and Kuhlungsborn were performend with the research vessel "Prof. A. Penck". The aim of the courses were the demonstration of sampling methods and the handling of samples for physical, chemical and biological investigations. At each day, the cruises started at 8 am and lasted to5 pm.. 18 students of the University of Rostock, 2-4 scientists and technicians participated at the cruise each day.
