Ziel der Reise / Objectives of Cruise:
To work a full-depth coast-to-coast hydrographic section along ca. 48? W (WOCE A2/AR19) for climate monitoring with CTD nutrients. To revover and redeploy three current meter moorings across the Mid Atlantic Ridge (MAR). To deploy 15 APEX floats along the section as part of MeTraNA or ARGO. To deploy XBT's along the AX03 section as a mean to calculate m. eridional transports of heat, freshwater and mass.
