Ziel der Reise / Objectives of Cruise:

Study of baroclinic mass-field patterns by eddy-resolving CTDO-stations with a spacing of 2,5n miles for calibration/validation of existing nemerical circulation models and investigation of energy dissipation within the surface-mixing layer via microstructure measurements at a fixid position, which locates in the southern rim current of the Arkona Basin.
