Observe (monitor) currents and turbity in the mud south-east of Helgoland during stormy events. Observe (monitor) water level near Helgoland for tidal calculations (prediction). Geological measurements (seismic reflections) in the preposed area for (marine) wind mills in the German Bight. Routine measurements of temperature and salinity.
