The main purpose: collection of factual information about the meteorological, hydrological, hydrochemical, ecotoxicological, hydrobiological conditions in the Southeastern Baltic Sea according to the Lithuanian National Monitoring Programme, International Baltic Sea Monitoring Programme (HELCOM).
