The main purpose: collection of factual information about the meteorological, hydrological, hydrochemical, ecotoxicological, hydrobiological conditions in the Southeastern Baltic Sea according to the Lithuanian and Latvian National Monitoring Programme, International Baltic Sea Monitoring Programme (HELCOM).
