Ziel der Reise / Objectives of Cruise:
Expedition ANT-XI/2 was focused on a marine geologic survey, carried out on four transects. Sediment surface samples were collected at a total of 32 positions and will be studied to map the distribution pattern of different sediment components in the Southern Atlantic.
