Ziel der Reise / Objectives of Cruise:
Participants of Poland, Russia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Germany investigated the distribution of plankton and its metabolism in near coastal waters in comparison to the open Baltic Sea. Benthos studies were carried out in German waters. The studies on organisms were accompanied by hydrographic measurements.
