Ziel der Reise / Objectives of Cruise:

The objectives of this cruise were the determination of the contamination of seawater by petroleum hydrocarbons and chlorinated hydrocarbons in different sea areas along the ship's track (comparison with a similar cruise conducted 10 years ago). The salvage of current meters (in the frame work of a study of the subsurface eastern boundary currents along the Iberian cont. slope).
