Ziel der Reise / Objectives of Cruise:
The cruise of R.V. "Poseidon" was one of several cruises in the Gulf of Lions during the winter of 1991/92 carried out in cooperation with French scientists (IFREMER) in the context of the EC/MAST-1 programme to investigate the winter-time convection in this area by acoustic tomography and other methods.
