Ziel der Reise / Objectives of Cruise:
The aim of SO15 was to obtain information on the heavy minderal distribution, the composition and concentration by geological and geophysical investitgations. To clarify the genesis of heavy minerals, it is necessary to explore the general development of the shelf sediments. 2590 km of seismic reflection data was aquired. Alltogether 815 stations were sampled.
